How To Transfer

Thank you for your interest in American English Language School! Our step-by-step enrollment process is described below.

Step 1: Submit an Inquiry Form

Please complete and submit the inquiry form on our website.

Step 2: Receive Email Confirmation of Inquiry Form

Upon submitting your inquiry form, you will receive an email confirming your submission and providing a list of required documents.

Step 3: Complete the Application Form

Kindly fill out your application form and submit the necessary documents to info@aels.edu. The required documents include:

  1. A completed AELS Application Form
  2. A copy of your current passport
  3. A copy of your current visa
  4. A copy of your current I-20 form
  5. A high school diploma or college transcript translated into English
  6. A bank statement in English from within the last six months.

Step 4: Pay Application Fees

Once you have submitted all four documents, you will receive an email containing a link to pay your application fees by credit card. Click the "Make a Payment" link to enter your credit card information.

Step 5: Receive Your Acceptance Letter

After you have paid your application fees, anticipate receiving your acceptance letter within one week. Once you have received the acceptance letter, kindly provide it to your current school so that they can release your SEVIS record to us before the course start date indicated in the acceptance letter.
